Processing times do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Typical delivery timeframes are:

5. Tracking Information

Organic Ube® Canada is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by:

  • missing apartment or suite numbers
  • failed delivery attempts
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so we can assist you.
If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, we will open an inquiry with the carrier. Resolution times depend on the carrier’s investigation process.

Organic Ube® Canada is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including those caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.

8. International Shipping

International delivery is available for select countries displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon arrival in their country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

9. Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • check with neighbours or building management
  • verify the delivery address provided
  • contact the carrier directly

Organic Ube® Canada cannot issue refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier unless an investigation proves otherwise.
