Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items in their original packaging and within the timeframe indicated in our Refund Policy.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with evidence (photos) so we can resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be offered in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.
